Failed Credit Card Payment

When an auto-renewal order fails to be complete and the credit card payment has been unsuccessful, a member of the HelpKidzLearn support team will contact you, the customer directly to assist in making payment for your subscription.


A failed payment via credit card could happen for several reasons including:


  • An expired credit card.
  • Insufficient funds in your account.
  • A bank has declined the transaction for a reason unknown to us.

To update your billing information and continue service without interruption, please log in to your HelpKidzLearn payee (admin) account and make payment for your failed renewal.
