I've forgotten my password for my payee account. What should I do?
If you've forgotten your payee (admin) account password, please follow these steps:

- Follow the instructions provided to reset your password and create new payee admin account details.
I've forgotten my student access (username and password) details. How can I update them?
To update your student access details, you'll need to log in to your payee account. Once logged in, navigate to the section where you can manage student accounts. There, you should find options to update student usernames and passwords.
