How do we find out if we have an account?

Do we have an admin payee account?
- Click on the "Login" button in the top right corner.
- If you’re unsure of the email used or have forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password and follow the instructions.
- If you do not receive an email, no account may be associated with that email. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] for further assistance.
Do we have a subscription?
- Log in to your HelpKidzLearn account as an admin or payee.
- Navigate to the My Account section, then click on Subscriptions to view all active and expired subscriptions.
- If you do not see any subscriptions listed, please contact your organisation’s payee or admin to verify the subscription status.
