How do we find out if we have an account?

Do we have an admin payee account?

  1. Click on the "Login" button in the top right corner.
  2. If you’re unsure of the email used or have forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password and follow the instructions.
  3. If you do not receive an email, no account may be associated with that email. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] for further assistance.

Do we have a subscription?

  1. Log in to your HelpKidzLearn account as an admin or payee.
  2. Navigate to the My Account section, then click on Subscriptions to view all active and expired subscriptions.
  3. If you do not see any subscriptions listed, please contact your organisation’s payee or admin to verify the subscription status.
  4. For further inquiries or if you believe you should have an active subscription but do not see it, please contact our support team at [email protected].
