How do I add symbols to my activity in ChooseIt Maker?
To add symbols, follow these steps:
- In the ChooseIt Maker editor, click "Add Media".
- Select "Media Library" to explore the available symbol options.
What types of symbols are available in the media library?
In the media library, you can find symbols from:
- Inclusive Technology
- SymbolStix
- Widgit
These options provide various symbols to support your activity’s content and accessibility needs.
Can I search for specific symbols?
Yes! Use the search bar within the media library to find specific symbols. Once you find the symbol you want, simply select it to import it into your activity.
Can I import symbols from other sources?
You can only add symbols provided within the ChooseIt Maker media library. However, if you have symbols saved on your device you can upload them into ChooseIt Maker by choosing to add media to your activity from your "Computer".
