HelpKidzLearn Hub includes Student Analytics to help you understand each learner’s progress, engagement and skill development over time. Analytics give you meaningful insights to plan and adapt teaching to meet every child’s needs.

What is Student Analytics?

Student Analytics show how each learner is interacting with activities. 


You can:

  • View activity completion and frequency.

  • See the time spent on each activity.

  • Track progress in specific skill areas, such as cause and effect or choice making.

  • Identify patterns to inform next steps in learning.

These insights help you celebrate achievements and adapt your support strategies to suit each child’s abilities and interests.

How to Access Analytics

  • Navigate to Analytics
    • From your Hub's universal header, click Analytics.
  • Select a Student Profile
    • Choose the student whose data you wish to view by clicking Change Profile.
  • Review Engagement Data
    • Activities completed

    • Time spent
    • Frequency of use
    • Progress in key learning areas

What Information is Tracked?

Analytics currently show:

  • Which activities were used and when

  • How often they were played

  • Total time spent

  • Completion status

  • Data relevant to the applicable product, learning objective and milestone

More detailed tracking will become available as the system develops.

Student Analytics Roadmap

HelpKidzLearn is committed to expanding analytics features to offer even deeper insights. Planned improvements include:


  • Detailed Progress Tracking: Specific skill progression, showing improvements over time.


  • Visual Charts and Graphs: Easy-to-read displays of usage and progress.
