At HelpKidzLearn, we are fully committed to protecting the privacy and data rights of all our users. For our schools, educators, and learners in the UK and across Europe, this includes compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What is GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a data protection law that governs how personal information is collected, processed, and stored across the UK and EU. It gives individuals strong rights over their data and sets out clear obligations for organisations handling personal information.

HelpKidzLearn & GDPR

We’re pleased to confirm that HelpKidzLearn complies with GDPR, with a clear focus on transparency, accountability, and security.

Importantly:

  • We do not collect, store, or process any student personal data

  • Access to the HelpKidzLearn Hub does not require any personally identifiable information from students

  • We maintain robust technical and organisational measures to ensure data security

  • Our policies are written in plain language and are designed to support schools and educators in meeting their own compliance obligations

Data Protection by Design

HelpKidzLearn has adopted a data protection by design and default approach. This means our platform is built from the ground up to minimise data usage and avoid unnecessary data processing, especially when it comes to children’s information.
