At HelpKidzLearn, protecting the privacy and security of our users is a top priority. Our Information Security Policy sets out the measures we take to ensure data is kept safe, secure, and used responsibly.

Student Data

HelpKidzLearn collects no personally identifiable student data
Limited use of optional data only within specific tools (e.g., photos in ChooseIt Maker)
No student grades, behaviour, attendance, or geolocation data stored

Staff & Parent Data

Only minimal data needed for administration and licensing (e.g., payee name, school details, or contact information)
No sensitive personal or financial data collected

Security Controls

Access to customer data strictly limited to authorised internal staff
Regular background checks for employees with system access
Technical safeguards such as firewalls, role-based access, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
No data stored on portable media devices (e.g., USBs, laptops)

Transparency & Trust

We never sell or share data with third parties, except as legally required. Independent certifications from iKeepSafe confirm our compliance with federal and state student privacy standards.
