At HelpKidzLearn, we are committed to ensuring the highest standards of data security and privacy for all our users. To support this, our hosting and service providers are fully ISO 27001 compliant, giving schools and districts complete confidence in the safety and integrity of our systems.

What is ISO 27001?

ISO 27001 is the leading international standard for information security management. It sets out strict requirements for how organisations manage, protect, and continually improve the security of sensitive information. Compliance demonstrates that systems and processes meet globally recognised best practices.

How HelpKidzLearn Meets ISO 27001 Standards

While HelpKidzLearn itself does not process student data, our commitment to security means that all infrastructure and services we rely on are hosted with providers who hold full ISO 27001 certification:

  • Data is hosted securely in ISO 27001-certified environments

  • Strong encryption in transit and at rest (TLS 1.2 and above)

  • Regular independent audits of provider security practices

  • Strict access controls and ongoing monitoring

Data Protection at HelpKidzLearn

  • No student personally identifiable information (PII) is collected by HelpKidzLearn

  • Limited optional data may be used in specific tools (e.g., photos in ChooseIt Maker), always kept secure and under school control

  • All data is hosted within the United Kingdom to meet GDPR and other regulatory standards
