Auto-renewal Subscriptions

Subscriptions will be automatically renewed (“auto-renewal”) 7 days before the end of each Subscription period.

To disable auto-renewal please login to the HelpKidzLearn Payee Account and click the tick under Auto-renew:

Enter your login details:

• Email Address (e.g. [email protected])
• Password: ******

You may also cancel your subscription by giving us notice in writing no later than 30 days prior to the end of the Subscription period. You will have access to the Services for the remainder of that Subscription period.
