Cancel your subscription

To cancel your annual subscription you need to give written notice no later than 30 days before the end of the Subscription period. You will still have access to the Services for the remainder of that Subscription period after cancellation.

To cancel your monthly subscription simply login to your Payee Account and disable your auto-renewal by clicking the tick under Auto-renew. You will still have access to the Services for the remainder of that Subscription period after cancellation.

If you want to turn off auto-renewal, you can log in to your HelpKidzLearn Payee Account and click the tick under Auto-renew.
