Cancel your subscription

To cancel your annual subscription you need to give written notice to [email protected] no later than 30 days before the end of the subscription period. Alternatively, you can complete our contact form requesting a cancellation or your annual subscription:

You will still have access to the Services for the remainder of that Subscription period after cancellation.

To cancel your monthly 'home access' subscription, login to your Payee Account and disable your auto-renewal by clicking the tick box under "Auto-renew". You will still have access to the Services for the remainder of that Subscription period after cancellation.

If you want to turn off auto-renewal, log in to your HelpKidzLearn Payee Account and click the tick under "Auto-renew".
