Upgrade a subscription

1. Log in to your Payee Admin account:
   
   
• Go to: https://www.helpkidzlearn.com/my-account
• Enter your admin email address and password
  
  
2. Navigate to your Active subscriptions.
3. Find the licence you want to upgrade.
4. Click "Upgrade" next to the chosen licence.
5. In the Cart you will be presented with the upgraded licence. Choose the desired licence type based on your requirements.
6. Review and confirm your new licence details, including the cost and additional features. Once satisfied, proceed.
7. Make payment using your preferred payment method i.e. credit card, invoice and purchase order, or PayPal.

• Pricing: The cost of upgrading will depend on the difference between your current and desired license types.
• Activation: Your upgraded license will typically be activated immediately after payment is processed.
• Pro-Rated: If you're upgrading within your current subscription period, the cost may be pro-rated.
